Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking Food Production Associates to join their team. These are full-time, long-term temporary positions and may even lead to direct hire. Apply today to secure your spot for an upcoming orientation! **Job Title:** Food Production Associate – 2nd and 3rd Shifts **Location:** Chelsea, MI **Pay Range:** Starting pay $18.00/hr + shift differential + $0.50/hr increase after 90 days + yearly/seasonal increases! **What's the Job?** + Work on various production lines, operating equipment and ensuring the quality and accuracy of product packaged. + Perform regular quality checks of product and packaging – inspecting boxes and shipping cases for integrity and accuracy and removing and reporting non-conforming product/packages. + Troubleshoot equipment as needed. + Complete logs, check sheets, and other documentation. + Follow safety and sanitation requirements – performing end-of-shift, end-of-week, and as-needed cleaning. **What's Needed?** + Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, wearing necessary PPE and following food safety guidelines. + Ability to perform essential physical functions, including heavy lifting up to 50-100 lbs.
