**Job Description**
**The candidate who accepts this position primary location will be the Eden Prairie Campus and will need to work at the Brooklyn Park Campus when business sees fit.**
This position exists to support the management/operation of the Hennepin Technical College Food Pantry along with providing support to Student Life and Career Development as needed. The mission of the Hennepin Tech Food Pantry is to, with the support from Good in the Hood, help address the food insecurity needs of Hennepin Technical College students and the surrounding communities.
**Salary Range:**
$19.85 - $27.90
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Must be enrolled at a credit granting institution and must be carrying at least six semester credits*
+ Customer service skills are sufficient to effectively identify customer needs and provide resolution in a clear and concise manner.
+ Knowledge and ability to understand issues around data privacy and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* To verify this minimum qualification, please upload your current class schedule or transcript demonstrating enrollment in at least six semester credits at a credit‑granting institution.
**Preferred Qualification**
+ Skills in computer-based technology sufficient enough to perform basic data retrieval, data entry, file upload processes, and create marketing materials.
+ Experience working with/supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
+ Enrolled in a credit granting academic degree program related to social work, human services, retail sales and management, environmental studies, or agriculture.
**Other Requirements**
Hennepin Technical College is currently unable to sponsor work visas or green card applications due to regulatory complexity, budget constraints, and alignment with our current hiring strategy. Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment.
