**Company Overview:** Our client, a leading producer of high-quality Surimi products, is seeking experienced packaging workers to join their team. **Job Requirements:** + Minimum of 6 months of packaging experience in a food manufacturing setting. + A resume that clearly outlines packaging experience is required for consideration. **Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate will possess: + Strong communication skills + A patient demeanor + Active listening abilities + Problem-solving capabilities + A positive attitude + Adaptability to different tasks + A genuine desire to work as part of a team + Professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction **Compensation:** + Pay: $18.66 per hour + Schedule: Monday to Friday and every other Saturday + Shift Time: swing and graveyard openings. **Job Description:** Packaging workers will rotate positions approximately every 2 hours and work around conveyor belt systems and packaging equipment.
