**Job Title: Food Manufacturing Worker** **Job Description** This position involves working a structured schedule with rotating shifts. The shifts include Front Half Nights every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6pm to 6:30am, and Back Half Days every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6am to 6:30pm. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and maintain filling machines. + Perform and record quality checks to ensure the integrity and quality of packages. + Conduct nominal maintenance on equipment. + Perform and document Clean-In-Place (CIP) and in-process sanitation as needed. + Ensure adherence to food safety and quality protocols. + Follow all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations at all times. + Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, and gloves. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months experience in food manufacturing or GMP environment. + Ability to work on feet for 12-hour shifts. + Strong interpersonal communication skills including proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. + Strong basic math skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as read charts and monitors. + Ability to multitask effectively. + Capability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds frequently. **Why Work Here?** Join a team working for a well-known brand. The environment may have strong odors, and requires the ability to stand for more than 12 hours. Steel toe boots are mandatory for all production and warehouse positions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
