**Job Title: Food Manufacturing Worker**
**Job Description**
This position involves working a structured schedule with rotating shifts. The shifts include Front Half Nights every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6pm to 6:30am, and Back Half Days every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6am to 6:30pm.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and maintain filling machines.
+ Perform and record quality checks to ensure the integrity and quality of packages.
+ Conduct nominal maintenance on equipment.
+ Perform and document Clean-In-Place (CIP) and in-process sanitation as needed.
+ Ensure adherence to food safety and quality protocols.
+ Follow all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations at all times.
+ Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, and gloves.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 6 months experience in food manufacturing or GMP environment.
+ Ability to work on feet for 12-hour shifts.
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills including proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
+ Strong basic math skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as read charts and monitors.
+ Ability to multitask effectively.
+ Capability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

**Work Environment**
The role is set in a fast-paced food production environment, monitoring the packaging line and products from the packaging machine. The environment may have strong odors, and requires the ability to stand for more than 12 hours. Steel toe boots are mandatory for all production and warehouse positions.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
