Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests and diners, ensuring a friendly and seamless arrival experience.

Manage waitlists, table assignments, and coordination with kitchen and service teams.

Provide restaurant service, including order taking and food delivery.

Support bar operations and barista duties, including beverage and coffee preparation when needed.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with hotel standards.

Support compliance with rules, internal policies, and service standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or guest-facing roles is preferred.Strong interest in customer service, attention to detail, and direct guest interaction.Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume service periods.Conversational English skills preferred.Availability to work rotating schedules and days off based on operational needs.
