We’re looking for a motivated, people‑first leader to join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. If you’re someone who loves finding solutions, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to push past “the way things have always been,” you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you’ll help guide our Food & Beverage team toward both our financial goals and our high standards for guest experience. You’ll make sure the operation runs smoothly day‑to‑day, look for ways to elevate what we’re already doing, and support the team in a way that reflects our mission, values, and the Benchmark culture.

Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste. Take ownership of customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties Assist the Department Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of service standards Ensure food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner Monitor set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience Run and monitor the floor during serving periods, ensuring staff have adequate support.Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needsPhysical Requirements:
List any physical duties candidate must be able to perform (pushing/pulling/lifting prolonged periods of standing/walking etc)
