About the role
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead and support your team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand excellence. This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. What are we looking for?
Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role, preferable within a hotel environment.Fluent in English, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members, both face-to-face and over email.Have a genuine passion for Hospitality, with the ability to find the \"YES\" in every situation.Strong skills in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges efficiently, even during busy moments.Well-presented, organised, and calm, with a positive attitude and a knack for staying composed in dynamic situations.What will it be like to work for Hilton?
