This role is also responsible for the production trends, analytics, and facilitating process improvements in their assigned product lines. Additionally, the Focus Factory Leader is accountable to follow and uphold all written documentation within the site. This includes but is not limited to work instructions, critical processing, manufacturing operating instructions, testing, and ISO procedures.
