**About the Role:**
Are you a driven leader with a passion for facilities management and a knack for building impactful teams? CBRE is seeking a dynamic FM Engineering Operations Manager in Lebanon, IN to oversee a team, drive operational efficiency, and mentor staff. You'll be instrumental in shaping the department's success, leading key initiatives, and ensuring a smooth workflow while impacting the bottom line. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other collaborators.
+ Manage the profits and losses of the department or a specific division.
+ Develop goals and initiatives to advise the department's course.
+ Guide managers in implementing company initiatives and policies.
+ Evaluate company processes and procedures to solve issues within them.
+ Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures.
+ Keep track of regulatory records and paperwork.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
+ Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Identify, fix, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
+ Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations
