Job Title: Flux Core Welder

We are hiring skilled, self-motivated, and quality-driven Welders to support a growing production team at a brand-new manufacturing facility. As a Welder, you will fabricate parts and assemblies for custom OEM projects built to exact customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Interpret and follow welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.Use calibrated measuring tools to properly fit up assemblies.Utilize hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery-powered tools.Operate plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and carbon air arc equipment.Weld in various positions using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes.Work with Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel.Maintain equipment and a clean work area.Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.Assist in other production areas as needed.Essential Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent.1+ year of welding experience.Experience with GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding processes.Working knowledge of industry tools and equipment.Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math.Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Technical Certificate or Degree in Welding preferred.Ability to pass visual and bend tests in various processes and positions.Ability to pass a pre-employment check, drug screen, physical capacity test, and breath alcohol test.Why Work Here?

The company is based in Manhattan, KS, specializing in the engineering, fabrication, and assembly of high-quality metal enclosures, cases, and components. Work in a clean, well-equipped environment alongside talented professionals on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.
