Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flower Quality Inspector. In this role, you will inspect flowers before and after the assembly process to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, quick to learn, and able to think on their feet. Please note, this position requires working in a cold flower manufacturing environment, and wearing a coat is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Use a tablet to document inspections and maintain accurate records.Inspect flowers upon arrival and after bouquet assembly for quality and condition.Assist with production tasks as needed.Essential Skills
Proficient in using technology, including smartphones and tablets.Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly.Ability to learn processes fast and adapt to changes.Spanish language proficiency required.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality tracking systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.Experience in floral wholesale, bouquet production, agriculture, food production, or a quality inspection role preferred.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Interest in flowers is preferred, although specific knowledge is not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position requires working in a refrigerated environment on a flower manufacturing floor. The shift starts at either 4am or 5am and ends around 12pm or 1pm. There is the possibility of overtime, especially during peak times. The location is conveniently situated on the same street as the commuter rail.
Pay Rate: $18 - $21/hr
