Pay: 25-32/hr

Job Description:

New opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality developments. Modular homes are the concept of manufacturing entire buildings in a production manufacturing environment. These units are then trucked out to new build construction sites to be assembled by the general contractor.

Responsibilities:

•\tAs a Flooring Installer, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments and senior living for commercial construction

•\tYou will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up

•\tInstallation of various flooring materials, including carpet and vinyl

•\tEnsure surfaces are clean, level, and suitable for new flooring installations

•\tAssist in the loading and unloading of flooring materials, tools, and equipment

•\tMeasure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated spaces

•\tWork effectively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client specifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
