**Job Title:** Flooring installer **Pay:** 25-32/hr **Job Description:** New opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality developments. Modular homes are the concept of manufacturing entire buildings in a production manufacturing environment. These units are then trucked out to new build construction sites to be assembled by the general contractor. **Responsibilities:** • As a Flooring Installer, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments and senior living for commercial construction • You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up • Installation of various flooring materials, including carpet and vinyl • Ensure surfaces are clean, level, and suitable for new flooring installations • Assist in the loading and unloading of flooring materials, tools, and equipment • Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated spaces • Work effectively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client specifications **Benefits:** • Start-up opportunity in a brand new 180,000 square ft facility • 4 10/hr day schedule • PTO/Holiday, 401k plus match • Opportunity to grow and mentor a team • Brand new company supplied tools **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
