**Job Title: Floor Technician** Job Description Floor Technicians will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hospital floors. This role requires technical proficiency in floor care and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities + Perform floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, and buffing. + Operate cleaning equipment efficiently and safely. + Maintain a strong knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate use on different floor types. + Carry out general cleaning and janitorial duties as needed. + Ensure environmental service standards are met in an industrial setting. Essential Skills + Experience in buffing, waxing, and floor maintenance. + Technical skills in operating cleaning equipment. + Strong understanding of various cleaning products and floor types. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in Environmental Services (EVS) is a plus. + Previous cleaning experience is acceptable as training will be provided. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is based in a hospital setting, with working hours from 4:30 pm to 12:30 am. The schedule includes two off days per week, with some weekend shifts required. Dress code and equipment will be provided to ensure a professional appearance and adherence to safety protocols.
