**Job Title: Hospital Facilities Cleaning Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Hospital Facilities Cleaning Technician. This role involves cleaning and servicing hospital rooms and facilities to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for patients and staff.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform cleaning and servicing of hospital rooms and facilities.
+ Strip, wax, and buff hallways of the hospital.
+ Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and buffing.
+ Execute janitorial duties to ensure sanitation and cleanliness.
+ Sanitize facilities to adhere to health standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience as a Janitor.
+ Proficiency in floor care and maintenance.
+ Skill in buffing and stripping floors.
+ Ability to perform housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience as a Floor Tech.
+ Knowledge of stripping and waxing floors.
+ Experience in buffing floors.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
