Job Description

A Floor Manager at COS opens doors to creating great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but also foster a thriving, inviting atmosphere. With a dedicated team by your side, you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through seamless teamwork and collaboration across the store, you'll weave together a shopping journey that's genuine, personalized, inspiring, and always welcoming. 

Key Responsibilities  

Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience Analyzing selling information and working with the store manager, maximize the sales performance of your department. Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service Supporting recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried out Assisting the store manager to identify future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression Overseeing store operations  Being a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers. Stepping into the role of Store Manager in their absence

Compensation:  $25.91 - $29.14

This is a Full-time position offering 32-40 hours a week.
