About the Role:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, providing high-touch support, guidance, and wayfinding across assigned floors.
Proactively ensure daily space readiness across workstations, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and shared spaces.
Act as the “eyes and ears” of the workplace by identifying issues early and coordinating maintenance or service requests before users are impacted.
Build trusted relationships with employees, vendors, and internal teams to support a welcoming, productive workplace environment.
Support workplace activities, events, and service improvements by gathering feedback and contributing ideas to enhance employee experience.
About You:
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, facilities support, customer service, retail, or co-working environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with employees and guests at all levels.
Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace environment.
Comfortable using basic technology tools (MS Office, service request systems, or similar platforms).
