About the Role:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Floor Ambassadors, ensuring consistent service quality across all assigned floors.
Act as the primary escalation point for on-floor service issues, workplace requests, and employee feedback.
Monitor space readiness, pantry services, meeting rooms, and common areas, proactively addressing gaps before they impact users.
Support scheduling, coverage planning, onboarding, and basic coaching of Floor Ambassadors to maintain service continuity.
Collaborate closely with Facilities, Workplace Experience, and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
About You:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in workplace services, facilities support, hospitality, or customer experience roles, with some team-management exposure.
Strong service mindset with the ability to guide, coordinate, and motivate front-of-house or on-floor teams.
Confident communicator with a proactive, approachable, and solutions-oriented attitude.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple service requests simultaneously.
Able to work flexibly in a dynamic office environment and respond calmly to ad-hoc or urgent needs.
