What You'll Do

Provide counseling on prescriptions, relay pertinent information for customers to be confidence with at-home use of medicationAccurately perform all necessary steps of workflow and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free productsContinuously strive for efficiency and seek improvement opportunitiesIdentify barriers to achieve goals, and escalate issues when appropriateComply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followedVerify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does businessKeep current on company wellness initiatives and ensure consistency and executionTravel as required based on business needs

Required Certifications

Pharmacist State License-APhA-American Pharmacists AssociationCertified Pharmacist Immunizer-AphA-American Pharmacists Association

Required Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
