Top Client in need of Float Pool RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

What will you will do in this role:

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units *ONLY MED-SURG EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN License) Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
