**Job Title: Flexographic Printing Press Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Flexographic Printing Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Flexographic print machine independently. You will manage the setup process, perform Ink Match, mount plates, and tune rollers, plates, and dies. The machine may require you to run up to four colors.
**Pay: $22-28**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and manage the setup of a Flexographic print machine.
+ Perform Ink Match and mount plates accurately.
+ Tune rollers, plates, and dies for optimal printing quality.
+ Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
+ Document and record all materials and time expended using a computer.
+ Conduct inspections and operate a forklift as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 2 years of experience in Flexographic Digital Print.
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in machine setup and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in computer use for documentation.
+ Experience in die cutting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Flexographic printing experience is highly preferred.
+ Experience as a Print/Die Cutter operator can be considered.
+ Preference for candidates with roll fed digital backgrounds over sheet fed digital backgrounds.

**Work Environment**
Work in a clean and well-maintained smaller printing company. Employees are valued and provided with company-branded water bottles and t-shirts. The company fosters a collaborative atmosphere encouraging idea sharing for lean manufacturing improvements, and holds drawings for rewards such as flat screen TVs. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1:30am.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
