 Stacker Operator is responsible for stack finished boxes, set up different machinery.  

Read and follow instructions on factory mastersSet-up delivery end of machineSet-up bundler and hold down armSet-up load formerSecure proper cover sheets and tie sheets for production runsSecure load tags for production runsStack finished boxes in accordance with factory masterEnsure each unit has proper top and bottom cover sheets and tie sheetsEnsure each unit has proper load tags and they are positioned correctly10 Monitor quality of boxesReport box quality problems to operator as they occurAssist operator and first helper as necessaryBe willing to move up the line of progression to operator regardless of shiftEnsure correct bundle and unit countsReport final count of piece unit to operatorComplete necessary reports in an accurate and timely mannerTurn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairsPerform each task in a manner which prevents bodily injury, product, and equipment damageUse proper lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending techniquesObserve all safety and health guidelinesOther duties may be assigned by supervisionLearn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures.  Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job.
