In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining McKinley and Martin Flexo Folder Gluer machines to produce high-quality corrugated packaging. This position plays a key role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and safety on the floor.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate McKinley and Martin Flexo Folder Gluer machinesPerform quality control checks on printed boxes for alignment, ink consistency, and structural integrityComplete production reports and checklists for each job runConduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3 years of experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer machines, preferably McKinley and Martin modelsPrevious experience in the corrugated packaging industry requiredStrong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot printing and equipment issuesAbility to read and interpret production layouts and perform accurate measurementsJob QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMin of 3 years’ experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer MachinesMust be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and pulling of materialsMust speak and read fluid EnglishThe Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
