Pay & Shifts

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (overtime after 40 hours)

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Saturdays as needed)

Work Environment

Refrigerated facility (approximately 30°F)

Fast-paced production line

Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Exposure to noise and airborne particles

All required PPE is provided

Position Overview

Production Associates support daily operations on the food production line. You’ll be responsible for packaging refrigerated food products, maintaining clean work areas, and helping the team meet daily targets. No previous experience is needed—training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Package/Assemble food trays according to safety and quality standards

Maintain clean and organized workstations

Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables

Assist the production team with overall goals

Follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10+ hours

Comfortable working in a cold environment (30°F)

Must wear company-provided PPE

Reliable transportation required

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
