**Flex Etcher – 2nd Shift**
Join our 2nd‑shift team as a Flex Etcher and help produce high‑precision panels for world‑class customers. In this hands‑on role, you’ll run wet chemical etching processes, inspect critical dimensions, maintain equipment, and support plating operations. **What You’ll Do**
+ Perform manual and conveyor wet chemical etching following standard work instructions.
+ Read traveler notes and apply special processing needs.
+ Measure panel dimensions using micrometers, thickness gauges, and related tools.
+ Document measurements, process parameters, and production trends.
+ Process panels through wet chemical tanks, ensuring proper alignment and handling.
+ Support plating operations through cross‑training.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on etch equipment (belts, pumps, filters, etc.).
+ Meet daily production targets with minimal supervision.
+ Communicate equipment or material concerns to leadership.
+ Work collaboratively to support production and continuous improvement.
**What You Bring**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 1+ year experience in wet chemical etching, plating, or related manufacturing (preferred).
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools.
+ Clear reading/writing skills and legible documentation.
+ Basic math, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Team‑focused attitude and dedication to safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.60 - $19.60/hr.
