Job Title: Fleet Supervisor

Job Description

The Fleet Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the Mobile Equipment team, which includes six mechanics and three helpers. This position is responsible for overseeing 800 pieces of equipment, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining an efficient inventory system. The Fleet Supervisor will direct the team on repair priorities and ensure parts are ordered promptly.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of mechanics and helpers to ensure efficient repair processes.Manage and oversee maintenance and repair of 800 pieces of mobile equipment.Direct the team on repair priorities and timelines.Ensure equipment is repaired promptly and efficiently.Order necessary parts and manage inventory effectively.Develop processes for equipment management and repair.Essential SkillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and presentation software.3+ years of strong leadership experience with accountability, communication, problem-solving, organization, and product knowledge.Experience in mobile equipment or fleet supervision, including repair timelines and parts ordering.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Hilo or Forklift Mechanic is a strong advantage.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
