**Fleet Mechanic** **Pay Rate - $20/hr.** **Job Description** As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing light-duty responsibilities, including oil changes, tire changes, and simple mechanical maintenance on regular vehicles. All necessary tools for the job will be provided. **Responsibilities** + Conduct oil changes on fleet vehicles. + Perform tire changes and routine maintenance. + Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of fleet mechanic experience. + Proficiency in repair, fleet, diesel, troubleshooting, oil, and tire maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work independently and efficiently. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a relaxed dress code with provided tools and structured work hours. Working hours are from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
