This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities to get the vehicles ready for operations to plate the vehicles. This role has an impact on operations and customer experience.

The pay rate for this opportunity is $22 per hour. 

What You’ll Do:

Complete local and State DMV process to register new vehicles, to renew registrations and process plates.Complete local plate packaging process.Responsible for receiving MSOs and processing registration work on DMV terminal Responsible for reporting and paperwork compliance with state DMV Responsible for setting up plate asset in EAM, organizing and packaging license platesResponsible for mailing license plates to correct location and maintain tracking Responsible for scanning registration documents into Filenet Responsible for submitting treasury reporting Responsible for accounting for MSOs receivedEnsuring MSOs received are for correct location and are reassigned correctly Responsible for follow up on vehicles delivered and MSO not received Responsible for storing unprocessed MSOs securely Resolves issues (via research) that occur during registration and receipt of plates/registration documents. Maintains a ‘Best practice sharing culture’, always striving to find ways to improve service.

 

What We’re Looking For:

High school Diploma or equivalent required.Excel knowledge a plus.Must be comfortable standing or sitting for long periods of time and/or lifting up to 20 lbs.Detail-oriented; must be very accurate and able to pay attention to details.Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and external vendors.Team player
