Fleet Account Manager (m/f/d), Uber Eats, Germany
**About the Role** The Fleet Account Management team supports delivery service partners across Germany to ensure smooth, reliable, and scalable fleet operations on the Uber platform. The team works on operational performance, partner support, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple cities. In this role, you will have a direct impact on partner success, courier experience, and overall marketplace reliability. **\-\-\-\- What You Will Do ----** - Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of fleet partners across multiple cities - Support partners in resolving operational issues and improving performance - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance improvement initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and partner alignment - Contribute to operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and partner experience **\-\-\-\- What You Will Need ----** - Business-level proficiency in German and fluency in English - 2+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, or operations within a top-tier consultancy, tech company, large organization, startup, or similar environment - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive workstreams forward, demonstrating excellent planning, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Advanced Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly with a wide range of stakeholders - Strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated desire to learn and understand complex topics \-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ---- - Data-driven project management skills and decision making mentality through excellent analytical thinking - SQL or other database/programming experience is a plus Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
