About The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Flatwork Offsider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing, wrapping, and strapping pallets in line with daily schedules, ensuring all tasks meet our DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) standards.
 
 Shifts: Day Shift 6:00 AM to 2:23 PM (Monday to Friday)
 

What You’ll Do:
 • Pack, wrap, and strap pallets according to job orders and dispatch schedules
 • Ensure all items are secured and labeled correctly for transport
 • Maintain a clean and organized work area
 • Follow safety procedures and company policies
 • Work efficiently to meet DIFOT targets
 

What You Bring:
 • Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environment.
 • Must be physically fit and able to do volume of manual handling.
 • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
 • Strong attention to detail and time management
 • Clear communication skills.
 • Must pass pre-employment screening and functional assessment.
 • Reliability and punctuality.
 • Forklift license or pallet jack experience a plus
