About the RoleJoin our team and help keep Pittsburgh’s roads safe! As a Flagger, you’ll play a vital role in directing traffic around utility work zones and ensuring the safety of both crews and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely direct traffic around work zonesSet up and remove traffic control equipment (cones, signs, barricades)Monitor traffic flow and make adjustments as neededCommunicate effectively with crews and the publicPay & BenefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PMStarting Pay: $16.50/hourRaises: Guaranteed $0.50 increase every 6 monthsSign-On Bonus: $500 total ($250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months)Union Benefits (Fully Paid by Employer):Medical, Dental, VisionPaid Time Off401(k) & PensionOvertime: Paid for anything over 8 hours/dayPerks: Eligible for a company take-home vehicle after 3–6 months (pending MVR check)Growth: Career advancement opportunities to positions earning $30+/hourJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.
