Our client, a leading organization in the industrial support sector, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Receptionist
**Location: Midvale, UT**
**Pay Range:** $20-$23
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, regular office hours
**What's the Job?**
+ Greet visitors and manage the reception area professionally
+ Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries promptly
+ Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain office supplies
+ Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with vendors as needed
**What's Needed?**
+ Degree or relevant certification in office administration or related field
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management or administrative roles
+ Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Ability to work independently and self-motivate
