**About the role**
Fit Up Manager Job Description Overview The Fit-Up Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading all aspects of the execution of workplace projects from initiation through completion. The primary objective is to ensure projects meet their goals, remain within scope, and are delivered on schedule for First Day of Business (FDOB). Key Responsibilities.
This position is located in Menlo Park, on-site 5 days a week. This role may require early mornings and weekends, as needed.
**What you'll do**
+ Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate project progress by leading weekly meetings and providing onsite coordination with partners across functions.
+ Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project files, including updated test fits and schedules.
+ Project Delivery Coordination: Lead all aspects of project delivery from design to completion, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and employees.
+ Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with the MAC team and other cross-functional partners throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Fit-Up Planning: Develop and manage detailed tasks and schedules for teams including CAFM, Culinary, Facilities Operations, Furniture, Technology, Security, MAC, and external vendors.
+ Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to identify and program new space needs, such as open office areas, technology, furniture requirements, specialty spaces (labs, conference rooms), refreshes, and reprogramming.
+ Floor Plan Accuracy: Ensure that Archibus and SpaceView floor plans—including furniture layouts and building numbering—are continuously updated and accurate.
+ Meeting Space Coordination: Partner with the Planning Team to finalize meeting spaces, confirm approved room names, coordinate signage installation, and ensure technology is operational on FDOB.
+ Team Leadership: Guide internal teams to complete fit-up tasks on schedule and provide support for building operations during opening week.
+ Relationship Management: Foster strong, positive relationships both internally and externally.
+ Onsite Presence: Assigned to Bay Area campus; maintain an onsite presence five days a week.
**What you'll need**
+ Experience: 6+ years in a related field.
+ Spatial and Workplace Strategy Expertise: Strong spatial planning skills with proven experience implementing workplace strategies and converting business requirements into functional space solutions.
+ Financial Acumen: Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management in project and facilities operations.
+ Teamwork Skills: Ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels and with external vendors.
+ Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage Construction, Facilities, and MAC projects, including overseeing and advising project teams.
+ Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
