DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will assist the Division Director in managing a more than $10 billion budget for the Commonwealth's Office of Long-Term Living. Your responsibilities will include utilizing budget models to track state, federal, lottery, tobacco, and provider assessment funds, while analyzing fiscal data to prepare formal budget requests and monitoring documents. You will ensure fiscal accountability by reviewing expenditure requests, analyzing monthly accounting reports, and collaborating with program staff to determine financial needs. Additionally, you will evaluate budget revision requests and draft formal correspondence regarding their approval or denial. This position requires significant independence and decision-making authority as you interface with program offices, purchasing, and the Comptroller to fulfill the OLTL's mission economically. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week + Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. + Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week.
