The role ensures compliance with fire safety regulations and supports the delivery of safe, high-quality building services. **Key Responsibilities:** • Inspect, maintain, and repair fire doors in accordance with current fire safety standards. • Install new fire doors and associated hardware as required. • Identify and report non-compliance or safety risks. • Complete detailed reports and documentation for all works carried out. • Work closely with site teams and clients to ensure minimal disruption to operations. • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with CBRE policies and procedures. **Experience Required:** • Proven experience in fire door installation and maintenance. • Knowledge of relevant fire safety regulations • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Relevant certifications or accreditations (desirable).
