Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure on-time vendor payments by proactively identifying and communicating defects to vendors
- Addressing any account related inquiries and concerns from vendors and ensuring vendors know to use the Amazon tools
- Identifying and working with relevant internal stakeholders for different vendor queries to ensure timely resolution of issues and positive vendor experience
- Perform periodic reconciliations and settlements with vendors to ensure timely closure of open balances
Other requirements:
- Working actively and accurately on an independent basis; with high attention to detail and initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures and discrepancies
- Analyzing metrics relating to operational performance and effectively presenting data to vendors and internal teams
- Interacting with Retail & Finance teams while working on the same vendor account and agreeing on priorities, business decisions, objectives and communication
