Finishing Technician
**Job Title: Finishing Technician** **Job Description** As a Finishing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process by deburring medical parts using various hand tools and blades. You will spend up to 25% of your time working under a microscope and may also operate a tube bender or possibly a CNC machine. Your responsibilities will include assisting with quality inspection and performing blade coating through dipping. **Responsibilities** + Deburr medical parts using hand tools and blades. + Operate under a microscope up to 25% of the time. + Operate a tube bender and potentially a CNC machine. + Assist with quality inspection. + Perform blade coating through dipping. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools for deburring. + Experience working under a microscope. + Knowledge of machine operation in a production setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. + Experience in deburring under a microscope is advantageous, but not mandatory. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers an excellent career path with a unique payment structure for those who transition to permanent positions.
