**Job Title: Finishing Operator Assistant** **Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Finishing Operator Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our finishing operations. You will be responsible for inspecting products for printing defects, packing completed orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with various departments to support workflow improvements and adhere to company safety regulations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect products for printing defects with great attention to detail.
+ Box and pack completed orders for shipping.
+ Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Collaborate with teams to enhance workflow and continuous improvements in finishing operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Solid reading, math, and problem-solving skills.
+ Clear and effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.
+ Effective time management skills for handling multiple projects.
+ Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
+ High levels of customer service and prompt response to internal customer inquiries.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand or bend throughout the shift.
+ Visual acuity and dexterity of hands.
+ Preferred: One or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ A Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
