Finishing Operator

Location: Portland, OR
Responsibilities:
Operates production machinery in accordance with company standardsMake-ready, adjusts and runs job as efficiently as possible to meet safety and productivity standardsProduces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerancesObtains job tickets and reviews prior to running ordersMeasures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specificationsMaintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded piecesInspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenanceMaintains a clean, safe and orderly work areaEnsures that appropriate contact relief is made, and machine hands-off occurs during shift changesWorks as a leader of the crew, overseeing operator assistants, feeders, packers, and inspectors working on the machineQualifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
