Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Finisher Operator to join our team in the finishing department. You will be responsible for performing quality checks, measuring coils, and working with rubber tubing in a clean room environment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions closely.
ResponsibilitiesPerform quality checks and inspections to ensure product readiness for shipping.Measure coils accurately and follow detailed work instructions.Place rubber tubing into coils as part of the finishing process.Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs regularly.Maintain a clean and organized work area within a clean room environment.Engage in fast-paced, repetitive tasks.Essential SkillsExperience as a machine operator.Proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions.Ability to lift 40 lbs.Experience in performing visual and quality inspections of parts.Work Environment
The work environment includes a clean, temperature-controlled facility with state-of-the-art automated extrusion machines. The company operates across three shifts with approximately 50 employees. The facility is highly technical, with a sterile room maintained at 68 degrees. Employees will suit up in paper gowns before each shift and are provided with lockers for personal belongings. GMP and FDA compliance require strict PPE protocols, including hairnets, beard nets, and prohibitions on make-up, jewelry, and food or drink in clean room areas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
