Temp-to-Hire position$17.55 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Perform assembly tasks using drills, rivet guns, hand tools, and computer?retrieved specs.Apply powder coating and ensure consistent finish quality on parts moving through the line.Load and unload parts, using computer programming to track locations and priorities.Inspect, label, complete paperwork, and package finished components.Cross?train across multiple finishing functions to support team workflow.Finishing Department Associate Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Comfortable using hand tools and learning new production equipment.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Reliable attendance and strong teamwork habits.Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).Willingness to cross-train and perform various duties as assigned.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
