Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, and hospitality developments. The concept involves manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to construction sites for assembly. We are seeking an experienced finishing carpenter to perform punch out tasks, with the position based in Albertville.

Essential Skills

5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new buildsProficiency in reading blueprintsExperience with construction, carpentry, and finish carpentryKnowledge of new construction and commercial buildingAbility to use a tape measure, cabinetry skills, and hand/power toolsStrong communication and teamwork skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with commercial multi-family builds is a plusAbility to collaborate, lead, and be a team playerSkilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

Work Environment

Work is conducted on-site in a state-of-the-art 180,000 square foot facility equipped with AC and heating. The facility operates two shifts: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, with the first shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm and the second from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. Enjoy a modern workspace with no site-to-site work required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albertville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
