Full-Time | Production | 1st Shift 

Join our team! We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail-focused production worker to support our production line by preparing, finishing, inspecting, and packaging high‑quality products.

What You’ll Do Use sanders, grinders, buffers, and hand tools to remove excess material Smooth, polish, and finish surfaces to meet quality standards Apply coatings: paint, sealants, varnish, or protective finishes Perform buffing, staining, or sealing for final appearance Operate finishing equipment (e.g., welders, grommet tools, cutters) Complete secondary tasks: drilling, gluing, taping, stitching, shrink‑wrapping Inspect products for defects and complete final quality checks Document work, labels, tags, and production logs Package and prep items for shipment (bundling, shrink‑wrap, labeling) Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocolsWhat We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read work orders and follow instructions Mechanical aptitude and comfort using production equipment Able to stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs Good perception for color, detail, and finish quality Team-oriented communicator who supports a smooth workflowWhy You’ll Love Working Here Steady, hands‑on work Supportive team environment Opportunities to learn additional finishing and machine‑operation skills Safe workplace with consistent processes and training
