**Job Title: Finisher Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our finishing department, where you will be instrumental in preparing products for shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include packaging, kitting, boxing, and operating machinery to print barcodes on valves. You will also assist in preparing rolls of barcode stickers for distribution to customers. This role involves repetitive tasks such as shrink wrapping and basic production labor, but offers opportunities for cross-training within the department. You will work in a cleanroom environment and are required to wear a hairnet and gown. A keen attention to detail is crucial as quality assurance is a significant part of this role. You will be measured on your ability to meet quota numbers, with 300 rolls expected during training and higher targets for regular employees. **Responsibilities** + Perform basic packaging, kitting, and boxing tasks. + Operate machinery to print barcodes on valves. + Prepare rolls of barcode stickers for customers. + Engage in repetitive tasks such as shrink wrapping. + Contribute to quality assurance efforts. + Meet quota numbers for rolls packaged, starting with 300 during training. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly and packaging (1+ year preferred). + Ability to lift 50 lbs, with hoist assistance available if needed. + Strong attention to detail for quality assurance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined. + Familiarity with kitting and finishing processes. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a laid-back work environment that promotes from within. Work hours are 6 am to 3 pm Monday through Thursday, and 6 am to 12 pm on Friday, with potential overtime starting at 4 am. The dress code is casual, allowing for t-shirts, sweaters, long pants, and closed-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
