Finisher Operator
**Job Title: Finisher Operator** Job Description Join our dynamic team in the finishing department where your primary role will involve packaging, kitting, boxing, and operating a machine to print barcodes on products. You will play a crucial part in preparing rolls of barcode stickers for shipment to our customers. The role includes repetitive tasks such as shrink wrapping and basic production labor, with cross-training opportunities within the Finishing Department. Attention to detail is essential as quality assurance is a key component of this position. Responsibilities + Perform basic packaging, kitting, and boxing tasks. + Operate machinery to print barcodes on products. + Prepare product rolls for customer shipment. + Engage in shrink wrapping and basic production labor. + Ensure quality assurance through meticulous attention to detail. + Meet and exceed packaging quotas, with targets of 300 rolls during training and up to 600 rolls per shift for experienced employees. Essential Skills + Experience in assembly, packaging, or a related field (1+ year preferred). + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with hoist assistance available if needed. + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Mechanically inclined. + Skills in assembly, kitting, and finishing. + Ability to work in a repetitive task environment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
