Reporting to the Cell Leader, the Finisher is responsible for ensuring product quality through manual deburring processes using hand tools and machines. This role involves cleaning, polishing, breaking edges, forming radii, blending surface defects, and removing contamination, excess material, flash, and nodules in accordance with workmanship standards.

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

Education & Experience:

A. Completed at least 3rd year engineering course + General machine shop course; or

B. Technology graduate major in machine shop (3 yrs.); or

C. High school graduate with vocational machine shop course or other relevant course with 1 year manufacturing experience

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Blueprint reading

2. Good eye-hand coordination in performing deburr finishing works.
