**Job Title: Finisher - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** As a Finisher, you will prepare products according to customer specifications, ensuring they meet quality standards. Your role involves using hand grinders to sand and grind excess metal, assembling products as needed, and assisting machine operators during downtime. You will also use various hand and power tools and perform general cleaning duties. The position requires lifting up to 55 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Prepare product for customer, finishing to customer specifications. + Use hand grinders to sand and grind down excess metal. + Assemble products as needed. + Assist machine operators during downtime. + Use various hand and power tools. + Inspect product and perform QA to ensure quality. + Perform general cleaning duties around the area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production, general labor, finishing, and assembly. + Proficiency in manufacturing and grinding. + Ability to operate machines and use hand tools. + Comfortable with metal finishing and deburring. + Blueprint reading and mechanical assembly skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3 months of prior production/manufacturing experience is preferred. + Experience with grinders and hand tools. + Comfortable swinging a hammer to straighten parts. **Why Work Here?** Join a company where 40% of the workforce has been with the organization for over 25 years, indicating very low turnover.
