Job Title: Finisher - 1st Shift

Job Description

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing products to meet customer specifications. You will utilize hand grinders to sand and grind down excess metal, assemble products as necessary, and assist machine operators during downtime. Your role will also include inspecting products and performing quality assurance to ensure high standards are met. Additionally, you will be required to perform general cleaning duties in your area and lift items weighing up to 55 lbs.

Work Environment

The work environment can be warm in the summer months. Employees must wear metatarsal boots and safety glasses, and adhere to a casual dress code that prohibits shorts or cut-off sleeves.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.25/hr.
