Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Serve as the product owner for Oracle on-prem applications, including PFT, Business Insights, and Essbase. + Drive automation initiatives by acting as a PMO for GFO automation—gathering requirements, assessing & prioritizing ideas, evaluating optimal tools. + Collaborating closely with Technology, Automation, and Process teams. + Demonstrate hands-on expertise with enterprise GPT solutions and foster a digital-first mindset to champion Generative AI adoption and innovative solutions. **Minimum Qualifications** + B tech, B com, MBA, MCA **Preferred Qualification** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. + 3 years of experience supporting or owning enterprise financial applications, with hands-on exposure to Oracle on‑prem platforms such as **PFT, Business Insights, and Essbase** (or closely related Oracle financial systems). + Proven experience as a **Product Owner** + **PMO lead** for automation or transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder management. + Strong understanding of **finance operations** and process optimization through automation and digital solutions. + Demonstrated hands-on experience with **enterprise GPT / Generative AI solutions** and applying them to business or financial use cases. + Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and work effectively with **Technology, Automation, and Process teams** . + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions. **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
