Finance Specialist - Eindhoven

Are you a financial pro? And do you have eye for detail, but are you also creative enough to tackle big picture challenges? As a Finance Specialist at UPS you’ll ensure that our company makes the best financial decisions. You’ll collaborate with finance partners across the country to consult on planning and reporting. What you’ll do

As a Finance Specialist you research and interpret financial data to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information to help make the best possible decisions. You’ll also research requested expenses and project trends for staff, division, business and center managers to ensure operation within budget guidelines. If a problem occurs, like unusual costs or overtime hours you’ll make sure proper reporting takes place. You’ll also collect and analyse preliminary data for the management team to help determine the strategic direction for communicating information to the regions and districts.

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

Proven experience in financial analysis and data interpretation;

Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture;

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations;

Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely;

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
